| | "The Traub Law Office" provides an excellent "Registered Agent Service" and I would recommend their service to anyone forming a business entity in Texas. They are always helpful and furnish a lot of the best information in a timely way regarding your entity when available. The annual rate was also lower than what others charged. Even if that were not the case, after speaking with Andrew Traub by phone I have ever since been very pleased and believe that going with his law firm to serve as my Registered Agent for my LLC as opposed to someone else who may not be an attorney was simply a very good business decision!
